Baru-baru ini MH ada ternampak posting Diana di Instagram meluahkan rasa marah dan tidak puas hati kepada sebuah kedai permainan kanak-kanak.Diana Danielle mengamuk sampai buat aduan pada KPDNKK (Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Koperasi Dan Kepenggunaan).
Menurut Diana yang marah apabila barang permainan anak perempuannya yang baru sahaja dibeli dalam masa dua jam sudah rosak.Apa yang menjadi kemarahannya adalah apabila dia pergi semula ke kedai tersebut tentang mainan anaknya yang sudah rosak.
'Please DONT go into this CHEATING shop in Paradigm mall if you want to buy toys for your kids. After buying, 2 hours later, this toy dah rosak. I bought it for almost double the price of a stroller I bought in Toys R Us years ago but the old stroller can last for well over 6 months, but this one, hari ni beli, hari ni rosak. The owner of the shop can even tell me the stroller rosak because my daughter was playing with it. Oh ok so toys sebenarnya utk apa? Tengok je? Kalau main sikit je dah boleh rosak it's not the child's fault, it's the shop's fault for bringing in very low quality toys! It couldnt even stand for 2 hours! Tak sampai sehari, and my daughter was at the baby gym playing, she hasn't had the chance to play with the stroller that much either! She put the babydoll in the stroller and pushed it around for a couple of minutes at a time, and she was gentle but a few hours later, the stroller material dah koyak dan putus! Kain mcm kain tissue nak salahkan budak. And the owner DID NOT WANT TO REFUND for the very low quality toy. Only exchange. If you want me to exchange for another poorly made but really expensive toy, I would rather not take anything at all. Tahu nak jual mainan mahal-mahal walaupun mainan tu tak ada kualiti. Grade E! They cheat you with their cheap toys. Baik beli kat pasar 5ringgit kalau rosak tak sakit hati. 🙌🏻
The owner said she doesnt care if I don't come to her shop anymore (if she can say that it's very clear she has no cares about what customers think of the toys she supplies) -- oh trust me, this is the first and last time and that's the best thing I should do to protect my money! jadi I sarankan kepada semua, sebelum kena tipu, baik janganlah jejak kaki ke kedai seperti ini. *** Aduan kepada KPDNKK sudah dibuat'.
Malahan pihak kedai berkata barang itu rosak keraa anaknya sendiri yang merosakkannya.Satu tindakan yang bagus supaya perkara sebegini tidak berlaku kepada orang lain pula selepas ini.
Sebagai pengguna memang berhak untuk menyuarakan ketidak puasan hatinya dan langkah yang diambil untuk mengadu kepada KPDNKK.
